This class will introduce you to the basics of wheelthrowing, trimming and glazing your creation. Learn the basic techniques that will allow you to confidently create on the potter’s wheel!
*Basic community clay tools are available for use but if you would like to purchase your own, tool kits are available at Artist and Craftsman and Blick Art in Central Square. Also please consider bringing an apron; it is very helpful to have when working with clay.
Materials and firing fees are included in the price of ceramics courses.
This class meets 10 Thursdays starting September 20 from 4:00-6:30pm in the Ceramics Studio (W20-431) and is taught by Darrell Finnegan.
There is no class November 22.
