Take your clay skills to another level while we explore challenging techniques such as altering, stretching and cutting. Think rim treatments that command attention, feet and handle techniques, oozy slips and various surface techniques.
It is mandatory that you have taken beginner and intermediate level classes. This is an intermediate-to-advanced level class. Should you have questions about the appropriate class for you, please be in touch with the instructor.
Tuition for ceramic classes includes a materials fee that helps cover the cost of clay, glazes and firing.
*Having your own tools and apron is very important. Tool kits are available online and at Blick Art in Central Square. We will discuss various tools that you may want to add to your toolbox in time.
