Explore the world of clay through a variety of techniques used to create the bowl. Wheelthrowing and handbuilding methods are combined to construct a bowl fit for you, a family member or even a friend! If you like cereal, soups, and salads and are interested in clay, this class is for you!
Tuition for ceramics classes includes a materials fee that helps cover the cost of clay, glazes, and firing.
*Basic community clay tools are available for use but if you would like to purchase your own, tool kits are available at Blick Art in Central Square or online.
Please note: there is no outside of class studio time for ceramics students during IA
