SP22 Monday Intermediate Ceramics

Day/Time: 10 Mondays starting February 14, 7:30-10:00pm 

There is no class February 21, March 21, and April 18. 

Location: SAA Ceramics Studio (W20-431)

Instructor: Marc Mancuso

The intermediate students will be exploring specific forms and techniques, based on their ongoing momentum or on new suggestions from the instructor. Class time is a perfect opportunity to get unstuck from some technical hump that usually only needs a clarifying point or two about cause-and-effect and distinguishing between movements on the wheel have been misunderstood, and which simply need motor-control practice.

Tuition for ceramics classes includes a materials fee that helps cover the cost of clay, glazes, and firing.

*Basic community clay tools are available for use but if you would like to purchase your own, tool kits are available at Artist and Craftsman and Blick Art in Central Square.
