Improve your throwing and hand-building skills in this intermediate level class.  Develop additional confidence with your skills while we focus on galleys and lids, rims and feet, handles, teapots, spouts, and more. A variety of glazing, slips, and surface techniques will also be explored.

Tuition for ceramics classes includes a materials fee that helps cover the cost of clay, glazes, and firing.

*Basic community clay tools are available for use but it is recommended that students at the Intermediate level purchase their own tools.   Tool kits are available at Artist and Craftsman and Blick Art in Central Square.  We will discuss various tools that you may want to add to your toolbox in time.
