Wednesday Intro to Black and White Analog Photography

“For me, the camera is a sketch book, an instrument of intuition and spontaneity.”  -Henri Cartier-Bresson

Black and white analog photography is a fun and classic medium to work with. During the semester students will learn the process of taking successful photographs (with a 35mm analog camera) as well as how to use the black and white darkroom. Different photographers will be look to for visual inspiration and technique. Students do not need to own a camera to take the class-the SAA has a limited number of cameras that students can borrow, and is first come, first served.
A list of materials will be provided the first day of class.

This class has been closed for the semester. The next session at the Student Art Association will begin in June 2016, please check back at a later date for class offerings and registration.
