IAP22 Composite Forms

Day/Time: 4 Tuesdays starting January 11, 4:00-6:30pm (Please note later start date)

Location: SAA Ceramics Studio (W20-431)

Instructor: Darrell Finnegan

This four week workshop will focus on composite forms; forms created from the combining of two or more wheel thrown parts. Learn the ‘how to’s’ of making a Moon Jar, graceful compote, or multi-sectioned vase. Intermediate wheel skills are a prerequisite.

Tuition for ceramics classes includes a materials fee that helps cover the cost of clay, glazes, and firing.

*Basic community clay tools are available for use but if you would like to purchase your own, tool kits are available at Artist and Craftsman and Blick Art in Central Square.
