Creative Arts Competition

 

The MIT Creative Arts Competition is an annual contest designed to encourage arts-focused startups at the Institute. The $15,000 prize is offered as a grant to help launch the winning enterprise and enable the recipient(s) to join the ranks of MIT’s successful startup founders.

Join Harvard’s Operation Impact teams for a Pitch and Match event hosted by the Harvard Initiative for Learning and Teaching. This event will help create connections between existing education startups and students interested in either contributing their skills to an existing team, or expanding their own venture to include expertise from other schools. This is one match event in a series co-hosted among MIT’s 15K Creative Arts Competition, Harvard’s Operation Impact, Boston University, Mass Art, and others.

This workshop will focus on articulating business plans and developing successful pitches with Wendy Swart Grossman and Jen Guillemin of Creative Re/Frame. Creative Re/Frame strategically integrates arts and creativity with effective strategies to maximize impact.
